Pádraig Hanratty is a writer and editor with 25 years of experience in writing, editing, and leading teams of instructional designers for a number of e-learning companies around the world.

With his many years of experience, Pádraig not only is a seasoned writer, but also has great experience in establishing and maintaining editorial guidelines (house style guide, grammar guide, and spelling guide) for a wide variety of projects for numerous clients. He frequently leads and monitors the work of all writers and editors, and gives them timely actionable feedback in order to address any recurring editorial issues. He also has experience recruiting and training new editors. In addition, he is proficient in both technical and creative writing, and is a successful published author in Ireland.

Pádraig is manager of QUIP Editing Solutions, and has frequently provided Highwood with top-grade instructional designers for various projects, including RISE UP, rTunes, and Jelly Phonics. He was the instructional design lead on the RISE K1 project, contributing to the initial scope and sequence and content brainstorming, through asset creation and QA of the product build. He also provided instructional design support on the S1 Math, Reading, and Science projects.
